How much does shipping cost? We offer free standard shipping for orders over $200 (or equivalent in other currencies).
Production Time
- Our gold vermeil jewelry is in stock and ready to ship. Items from the gold vermeil collection will be shipped within one week of receiving your payment.
- All of our solid gold items are made to order, tailored especially for you. Once your order is paid and confirmed, production time for solid gold items is approximately 4 weeks.
Shipping Process
Once your jewelry is ready, we'll promptly ship it to you. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery, depending on your final destination and the chosen delivery company. We'll also share a tracking number with you so you can follow your order's journey.
Packaging
Your jewelry will arrive in a beautiful Presiada gift box. Our packaging is also sustainable and recyclable.
Returns
We do accept returns for our gold vermeil jewelry within 7 days of delivery. However, it's important to note that our solid gold jewelry is custom-made exclusively for your order, which means we cannot accept returns. Custom designs made specifically for you cannot be returned or refunded.
