International Shipping

• We offer worldwide standard shipping for all orders over $300.
• For express international shipping, please contact us for a quote.
• All gold items are made to order and will be ready to ship approximately 3-4 weeks after payment is received.
• We provide free insured shipping for all gold items via DHL or FedEx.
• Once shipped, deliveries typically take 2-3 business days. For remote or peripheral areas, delivery times may be slightly longer.
• For gold vermeil items, standard shipping options are available (charges may apply).
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped, allowing you to track your parcel.

Customs & Taxes

• For customers outside of Israel, our prices do not include VAT. It is your responsibility to pay any local VAT, customs fees, or duties upon delivery, as per your country’s regulations.
• U.S. shipments require a signed customs declaration according to local laws. Once your jewelry is ready to ship, we will contact you for the required information.

Shipping in Israel

• Orders over ₪700 qualify for free secure shipping to your home.
• Orders under ₪700 are subject to a delivery fee of ₪35 for door-to-door service anywhere in Israel.
• Express delivery is available in Tel Aviv for ₪65.
