Refund policy

We allow a return request within 14 days of receiving the item.

Return Options

1. Exchange the item for another of equal value.
2. Receive store credit equivalent to the item’s value.
3. Get a refund (available only within 2 business days from the date of purchase), subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 ILS, whichever is lower.

Return Conditions

• The item must be in its original condition as received, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
• In case of a return or exchange, the cost of shipping the item back will be borne by the customer.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

• Special orders
• Custom modifications to jewelry
• Engravings
• Any other adjustments made at the customer’s request

1. Contact us via email at shop@presiada.com or through our WhatsApp.
2. Once the item is received, we will review it to ensure it has not been used before approving the refund or credit.

Important

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and are not included in the return process.
